| Very professional, attentive staff. Hotel clean and well appointed. Room very modern and well designed. Excellent location convenient for many of London's sights and attractions. Breakfast excellent. Didn't use room service so can't comment on this. Would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate in recommending to others. | |

| Superb, friendly and professionally dealt with. Hotel was excellent, and the rack price was double of what I had paid! | |

| The room was clean and the service very friendly! Too bad the 'pay tv' didn't work to watch a movie at night. Even though it was described in the guest info brochure. |

| We stayed in the Ambassador for our honeymoon, it was a fantastic hotel with very friendly staff..... Thank you very much for our champagne and strawberries. An amazing room and we highly recommend the chunky chips on room service! Excellent breakfast too. A superb location too everything close by....... you made us feel really special.... Thank you..... | Service on arrival was excellent, very professional gentleman who was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, well designed, however very small but the bed was large and comfortable which is more important than anything else. Ordered lunch from room service but dish arrived cold so disappointing on this front. After mentioning the cold meal, we arranged dinner from the restaurant instead of room service to be brought up to the room, and it was hot and tasted very nice indeed. There is no bar fridge in the room. One bottle of water on the side table, we ran out very quickly and had to order more from the restaurant. Toilet roll was only half full - no spare provided. I'm sure if you ordered through room service they would provide it - a bit embarassing to do so I'd imagine. Checking out was a bit disappointing, we advised reception that 2 bottles of water were not used and left in the hotel room, she didn't believe us and sent someone up to check and retrieve them before crediting our account - out of all hotels in london we have used this has never happened before. It took way too long for the man to retrieve the bottles - 15 minutes later - quite impressive as the room was on the 1st floor right by the lifts. Anyway regardless of these few glitches the hotel itself is clean, modern and I'd recommend staying there. |
